Job Summary

Pilot Company is seeking a skilled Deli Baker to join our team. As a Deli Baker, you will be responsible for preparing, packaging, and selling store-baked products to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and package store-baked products to meet company standards
• Organize and stock work areas to ensure a clean and efficient environment
• Prepare food to company standards by following process cards and maintaining food safety and handling practices
• Provide excellent guest service and maintain a guest-focused culture
• Complete accurate sales transactions and manage cash handling responsibilities
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

• Excellent guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest-focused culture
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions and manage cash handling responsibilities
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food
• Ability to maintain processes and policies
• Ability to use computers and other equipment as needed
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position or role
• ServSafe certification
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
