Job SummaryWe are seeking licensed Doctorate level psychologists and Licensed Clinical Social Workers to join our team. As a Geriatric Mental Health Specialist, you will work with residents in nursing homes to address their personal psychosocial issues and promote personal growth and a sense of purpose.
Responsibilities- Provide psychological services to residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address residents' personal psychosocial issues
- Work with residents to promote personal growth and a sense of purpose
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Must be a Doctorate level Psychologist with an active state license to practice as a Psychologist OR must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an active state license
- Must be willing and able to perform job responsibilities while adhering to Key Rehabs Code of Ethical Conduct and follow all state and federal guidelines
