Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist/Delivery Operations Associate. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of packages within our warehouse and on the road.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload packages from vehicles, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
  • Operate a variety of equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move packages within the warehouse
  • Drive a company vehicle to deliver packages to customers, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve operational goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
