Flourish Clinician

Centerstone is a leading nonprofit behavioral health organization seeking a skilled Flourish Clinician to join our team. As a Flourish Clinician, you will provide clinical services to individuals, adolescents, and children in a dynamic and supportive environment.

• Provide Clinical Services: Deliver evidence-based interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy, to clients in your service area.
• Supervise Student Interns: Eligible to supervise student interns as needed, providing guidance and support to help them develop their clinical skills.
• Maintain Effective Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with referral sources, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Participate in Quality Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of quality clinical practices, ensuring that services meet the highest standards of care.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Experience: Three to five years of experience in a behavioral health environment is preferred, with a focus on evidence-based interventions.
• Certification/Licensure: Must be licensed eligible and actively working toward acquisition of licensure.

• Competitive Pay: $18.20-$25.50 per hour.
