Financial Planning Expert

In the esteemed role of Financial Planning Expert at FirstPRO, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the company’s financial trajectory.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist in developing the consolidated Annual Operating Plan (AOP) including the P&L, capital plan, balance sheet, and cash flow by partnering effectively with the finance leads and business heads responsible for each critical functional area of the company

Developing monthly financial forecasts including the P&L, capital spending, balance sheet, and cash flow is another key task that you will be undertaking.

Conducting and consolidating insightful variance analyses to fully understand the drivers of business performance and to identify potential issues and opportunities is also an essential duty of this role

Effectively communicating this information to senior management is crucial for making informed decisions

As a Financial Planning Expert, you will participate in the development of the annual Strategic Plan. Translating the impact of strategic initiatives to the long-term financial plan is a key responsibility of this role

Developing discounted cash flow models to support capital investment decisions and ensure value creation is another essential duty of this role

Providing direct financial support to upper management responsible for driving business growth is also a key responsibility of this role

Performing ad hoc analyses as necessary is also a key duty of this role

Assessing the current FP&A processes/tools and implementing improvements is also a key responsibility of this role

This role requires 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis within a $500M+ corporation. Considerable experience with Microsoft Office and other financial software systems is also required
