We offer 12-hour shifts (Rotating Not Required): 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM.

Available positions include Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN shifts.

Sign-On Incentive:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers professional nursing care to residents of all ages in long-term care settings, under the guidance of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.

Demonstrates a thorough understanding of nursing principles applicable to residents in various clinical environments.

Exhibits proficiency and operates within the full scope of nursing knowledge, applying appropriate age and population-specific standards to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of residents as outlined in their care plans.

Possesses the capability to conduct assessments that reflect the resident's condition and provide necessary care.

Ensures the health, comfort, and safety of residents while contributing to their assessments and administering medications or treatments as prescribed.

Provides technical support to healthcare professionals as required and documents resident interactions, outcomes related to care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary needs.

Skilled in fostering and maintaining effective working relationships with residents, healthcare providers, and the community.

Ability to collaborate effectively with professional and support staff as part of an interdisciplinary care team.

Advises residents, family members, and/or advocates, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician regarding prevention and treatment strategies.

Knowledgeable in resident education principles to formulate self-care programs.

Must be a graduate of an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse, with an associate degree in practical nursing preferred.

If the position requires IV therapy/management skills, the following is necessary:

In North Dakota, graduation from a Board-approved AASPN program where IV therapy is included in the curriculum or completion of an IV Therapy course sanctioned by the North Dakota Board of Nursing.

Must have participated in a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the lifespan or have a minimum of 400 hours of experience as an LPN at another facility.

Specific roles may have additional educational, training, or experience prerequisites.

Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with the State Nursing Board and/or possesses multi-state licensure privileges.

Completes required annual continuing education units (CEUs) and competency training as mandated by the department and facility.
