Job Title: Structural Engineering Practice Leader

Matrix New World Engineering is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our structural engineering practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects, overseeing technical design, and providing expert guidance to clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage project design and delivery for multiple simultaneous projects
  • Oversee technical design and staff for a wide variety of public and private projects
  • Provide overall project management of select projects and support other design teams as needed
  • Serve as a technical expert for internal and external clients
  • Prepare business proposals and participate in marketing and business development initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field with a minimum of 10 years' experience in marine/waterfront engineering
  • Master's Degree preferred
  • Experience in ports and coastal offshore resiliency projects highly preferred
  • Demonstrated success developing business and leading teams
  • Licensed professional engineer in one or more states
