Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing quality care in post-acute care facilities
- Creating care plans by collaborating with medical staff and residents
- Delivering treatments and administering medications to residents
- Reviewing care options and outcomes with physicians and other staff
- Educating residents and family members about best care options
- Setting up and monitoring medical equipment as needed
- Maintaining nursing standards and facility policies
- Collecting fluids for lab analysis and training/supervising nurses and support staff
- Ensuring accurate documentation of medical interventions and histories
- Assisting with incident investigations
To succeed as a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you'll need:
- A current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Completion of an approved nursing program
- Experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings (at least 4 months)
- Excellent organizational skills
