As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing quality care in post-acute care facilities
• Creating care plans by collaborating with medical staff and residents
• Delivering treatments and administering medications to residents
• Reviewing care options and outcomes with physicians and other staff
• Educating residents and family members about best care options
• Setting up and monitoring medical equipment as needed
• Maintaining nursing standards and facility policies
• Collecting fluids for lab analysis and training/supervising nurses and support staff
• Ensuring accurate documentation of medical interventions and histories
• Assisting with incident investigations

To succeed as a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you'll need:

• A current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Completion of an approved nursing program
• Experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings (at least 4 months)
