Master Luthier

We are seeking an experienced Master Luthier to join our team at Guitar Center. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of musical instruments and provide exceptional customer service.

As a Master Luthier, you will be responsible for:

• Servicing customer-owned instruments with precision and attention to detail
• Maintaining store-owned equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Completing warranty repairs in a timely and efficient manner

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Extensive experience in instrument repair and maintenance
• A strong understanding of guitar craftsmanship and techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Guitar Center offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
