We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Raleigh General Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the growth and development of our staff.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a liaison between patients and medical support staff, ensuring seamless communication and care coordination.
- Oversee LPN roles and duties, providing guidance and support to staff members.
- Perform patient care activities, including clinical and lab-related tasks, under the guidance of physicians or mid-level providers.
- Report to the Practice Manager for administrative issues and collaborate with the Director of Physician Services.
- Graduate of a program in a discipline required.
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days.
- Current licensure by the WV State LPN Board.
- At least 4 years of previous clinical experience.
