Position Overview:

This role involves performing hardware repairs and installations on both laptop and desktop systems. A successful candidate will possess prior experience with computer hardware.

Job Specifications:
This is a contract-based position, compensated per service call.

Compensation is directly linked to the number of completed service calls, with a rate of $50 per call.

Payment Schedule:
Payments are issued every Friday following the initial week of service.

Service calls are conducted Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Candidates should be available for a minimum of three weekdays each week.

Typical call volume ranges from 2 to 5 calls daily.

As part of the onboarding process, you will complete online certifications from Dell and Lenovo at no cost.

A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license are required to travel to various job sites throughout the day.

Access to a computer and the Internet is necessary to log into your service portal each day.

It is essential to log into your technician portal by 9 AM on working days to manage your service calls and plan your daily route.

Prior to your assignment, the manufacturer will have completed troubleshooting and dispatched any necessary parts.

You will confirm service appointments with customers through your technician portal. Services will be performed at customer locations, both residential and commercial.

Daily part pickups will be made from designated shipping locations before heading to service calls.

At the end of the day, return any replaced parts using the pre-paid shipping labels provided.
