Job Title: Collection Manager for Two Wheeler Finance

At Radiant Enterprises, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collection Manager for Two Wheeler Finance to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the collection of payments for loans related to two wheeler vehicles
  • Supervise and evaluate field force to meet budget goals
  • Coordinate with accounts, legal, and operations for support
  • Achieve monthly and yearly targets for roll forward and loss provisioning
  • Manage a team of 9+ employees and field collection agencies
  • Ensure quality of employees and agencies during recruitment and maximize productivity
  • Take ownership of high value accounts and ensure successful collection

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in retail collections, preferably credit cards
  • Overall experience of more than 10 years
