About the Job

Glades Talent is working with a leading real estate investment firm that seeks a skilled Project Manager to lead their development and construction projects. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with senior partners and oversee projects across various sectors, including industrial, multi-family, and data centers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management of full project lifecycles from acquisition to completion.
  • Develop and implement project budgets, schedules, and proformas.
  • Maintain open communication with government officials, community groups, and other stakeholders.
  • Supervise project teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Evaluate construction progress, identify areas for improvement, and resolve issues.
  • Plan and execute weekly construction meetings, analyze project performance, and prepare punch lists.
  • Coordinate permitting, utility connections, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze project costs, manage cash flow, and optimize value engineering processes.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports and loan draw requests.
  • Conduct due diligence for new building acquisitions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Project.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and thorough understanding of real estate development principles.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle complex, multifaceted challenges.
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing deadlines.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills to foster positive partnerships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
