We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Utility to join our team at Post Holdings. As a Sanitation Utility, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our employees and ensuring the quality of our products.

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all areas assigned, including non-production areas, restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, entrances, locker rooms, offices, and laboratories.
• Maintain master sanitation schedule, best practices, and follow sanitation checklist to complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
• Practice appropriate safety procedures when performing work assignments and observe and follow appropriate safety practices as outlined by standard operating procedures and safety expectations.
• Stock cleaning supplies and paper goods to maintain proper inventory levels.
• Assist other department personnel if chemicals or cleaning equipment are needed.
• Check rodent traps and pheromone traps on a weekly basis to monitor pest activity throughout the facility and report any signs of infestations to your supervisor.
• Monitor and report all product protection issues as they arise and report any maintenance needs immediately to the QA Supervisor or the maintenance department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and anything over will require team lifting techniques or the use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Must be able to work in hot, humid, and cold manufacturing environments for 6+ hours per shift.
• Must be able to sit, stoop, reach above shoulders, and climb and work off ladders/stairs for 3+ hours per shift.
• Must be able to bend, crouch, and kneel for 6+ hours per shift.
• Must be able to stand and walk for 8+ hours per shift.
• Must be able to perform simple grasping and push/pull for 8+ hours per shift.
• Must be able to perform fine manipulation for 3+ hours per shift.
