Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care in alignment with established policies and protocols.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Record and communicate patient conditions as necessary.
- Evaluate and update care plans to achieve desired outcomes.
- Coordinate care among various disciplines for seamless patient management.
- Administer medications and treatments as per nursing protocols.
- Execute physician and nursing orders.

Qualifications:

For those in critical care areas, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is necessary upon hire or within the first year of employment.

Additional certifications may be required based on specific departmental needs.


Work Environment:

Experience Requirements:
- Minimum one year of acute care RN experience in a hospital setting is required.
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities or rehabilitation settings may also be considered.
