Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Biomed Supervisor to oversee the daily activities of our repair and fulfillment facility for home medical equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of repair, procurement, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily operations of the repair and fulfillment facility
  • Oversee procurement, inventory management, and shipping processes
  • Develop and implement training plans for team members
  • Identify and develop employees for promotions or transfers
  • Maintain and update all manuals and procedures for company operations
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Manage departmental procedures for preventive maintenance, repairs, and inventory tracking
  • Participate in preparation for compliance audits
  • Provide daily management of direct reports
  • Prepare and submit various reports to senior management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Management experience in a related field
  • Preferred: college degree or equivalent experience, experience in home health industry, durable medical equipment, or home medical equipment
