Job Title: Project Manager - Security Operations

At Securitas, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our security operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of physical security services across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage daily contractor operations, including hiring, training, and managing personnel to deliver top-tier security services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and seamless communication.
  • Optimize performance by coordinating support services, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring account performance meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Achieve operational efficiency and cost-saving goals while prioritizing superior customer service.
  • Be available for after-hours emergency responses, ensuring teams are always ready and in compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Review and report on desk journals, tickets, visitor logs, and other data, using analytics to improve operations and resolve issues.
  • Coach, counsel, and train your team, supporting technical and professional growth through evaluations and feedback.
  • Compile and analyze performance data to prepare comprehensive reports, ensuring compliance with contract terms.
  • Maintain an inventory of uniforms, equipment, and vehicles, ensuring they are properly maintained and serviceable.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and execute complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Sharp computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technology.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team, while managing various tasks in a dynamic environment.
What We Offer:
  • Salary: $90,000 - $94,000 annually
  • Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus a 401K plan.
  • Paid time off, including 5 days of accrued PTO and sick days.
