Our House Supervisor Registered Nurse (RN) benefits from a comprehensive package that includes health insurance, flexible work schedules, full reimbursement for licensure and certification, tuition assistance, and up to $20,000 towards student loan contributions. Position Overview:
- Assess assigned patients and develop, implement, and document nursing care plans.
- Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures.
- Conduct various patient tests and administer medications within the registered nurse's scope of practice.
- Encourage patient independence by setting care objectives and educating patients and their families about conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
- Utilize experience and judgment to set and achieve care goals.
- Work on a PRN schedule.
Qualifications:
- Active New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) License or Compact RN License.
- Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing.
- Current certifications in CPI training, BLS, ACLS, and PALS are preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience is required.
