Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure our club is clean and well-maintained, providing a positive first impression for our members.
  • Engage with members, providing personalized support and encouragement to help them achieve their fitness goals.
  • Assist with member enrollment, tours, and other club responsibilities, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our members.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to promote a positive and supportive environment, fostering a sense of community among our members.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Passion for fitness and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
