Job Title: Swim Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of students
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements:
  • Must be able to earn a Red Cross Lifeguard/CPR/AED/First Aid Certificate
  • Must be able to use appropriate communication skills with children and adults
  • Must be able to perform the physical duties of teaching swim lessons, including safely entering and exiting the pool, working in chlorinated water for periods of up to 4 hours, bending, reaching, stooping, supporting multiple children in the water, and maneuvering up to 50 lbs
