Sales Director Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Five Star Senior Living. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve regional goals and objectives.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive admissions and census growth
  • Collaborate with Executive Directors and Regional Directors of Sales & Marketing to drive sales and marketing efforts
  • Lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers to optimize referral flow and key account relationships
  • Maintain an active knowledge of current competition and market trends
