Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages to our members, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to members, ensuring high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
  • Operate and maintain equipment, including ovens, fryers, and dishwashers.
  • Stock and rotate merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing waste.
  • Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Food Service experience preferred.
  • Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification.
