Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cook to join our Culinary Services Team at BSG Maintenance Inc. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality, visually appealing, and nutritious meals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals according to standardized recipes and dietary spreadsheets.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment, adhering to Federal Food Code and local regulations.
  • Ensure proper food storage, receiving, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with the Culinary Services Lead and Manager to meet client needs and business objectives.
  • Perform other kitchen duties as assigned, including cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining equipment.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must be Servsafe Manager Certified or willing to take the class.
  • Prior cooking experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Ability to stand for 95% of the shift, lift up to 50lbs, and perform physical tasks.
  • Willingness to take a TB test, pass a healthcare background check, and drug screening (as applicable).
  • Ability to use standard kitchen equipment and follow company dress code policy.
