Job Description

At Nivea Hospitality, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Food and Beverage Server to join our team.


The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.


The Food and Beverage Server will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring prompt and efficient delivery of food and drinks.
  • Exhibiting a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to make informed recommendations to customers.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and surrounding areas.
  • Handling payment transactions and making correct change.
  • Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Upholding standards of cleanliness and hygiene, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage service role is an asset.
