We are seeking a passionate and dedicated early childhood education specialist to join our team of nurturing professionals.

The Learning Experience is a leading provider of early education and care, committed to creating a joyful and engaging learning environment for children. Our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development, fostering hands-on learning activities that encourage children to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development.

Job Description

This full-time role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for 2-year-olds, implementing our innovative L.E.A.P curriculum, and building strong relationships with families and colleagues.

Responsibilities:
  • Create a stimulating and supportive environment that promotes cognitive, social, and emotional growth in young children.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with our proprietary curriculum, incorporating fun and engaging characters that bring learning to life.
  • Communicate effectively with parents through various channels, including mobile apps and personal discussions, to share children's progress and achievements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Qualifications:
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and care.
  • One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
  • An associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
