We are currently hiring a Barista to join our team in Hacienda Heights. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, maintaining their designated drink station, and providing exceptional customer service. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of individuals who share a common goal of delivering an outstanding customer experience.

As a Barista at our Hacienda Heights location, your daily responsibilities will include:

1. Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers.
2. Maintaining a clean and organized drink station, including inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
3. Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
4. Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
5. Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
3. Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred.
4. Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
