Aircraft Assembly Technician

This role requires the installation of aircraft structure parts and system components using required tools and appropriate prints, specs, and operational requirements to complete work assigned through final inspection and ensure conformance to specifications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for quality and efficiency of all installations, ensuring that all parts/assembly meet requirements and perform necessary rework to ensure installations meet conformity.

Additionally, this position involves installing systems lines, valves, ducts, and associated parts and hardware while ensuring a leak-free system. The individual will also use various tools and equipment to successfully complete component and minor structure installations.

Some specific tasks include removing and replacing linkage, sectors, components, cutting and fitting system lines and associated hardware necessary to facilitate and perform basic repairs, updating and signing required logs and records as needed, checking own work to ensure a defect-free installation prior to final inspection, maintaining a neat and orderly work area, supporting the company FOD and 5S programs, and complying with all safety regulations.
