**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and lead a team of Broadband Consultants in various in-person distribution locations to drive campaign success and ensure team adherence to sales and enrollment procedures.
  • Train and support team members on the enrollment process, product benefits, and customer interaction techniques to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Participate directly in customer enrollments to provide firsthand sales experiences and insights, and to demonstrate the value of our services.
  • Monitor team performance to ensure high activation rates and compliance with the 90-day customer retention requirement for full compensation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase team effectiveness and customer satisfaction, and to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards in campaign execution, and to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
