Innovative Driven is seeking a skilled Litigation Associate to enhance their practice in New York. The successful candidate will possess 2-6 years of experience in litigation, particularly in the realm of medical malpractice defense.

This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with a dynamic legal team, featuring a hybrid work model that includes 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing discovery documentation
• Conducting depositions
• Representing clients in court
• Engaging in motion practice
• Performing legal and medical research

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited institution
• Admission to the New York bar
• A minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, with a strong preference for expertise in medical malpractice defense
