* Provide tax compliance and advisory services to individuals, partnerships, and corporations across various industries
* Develop and manage client relationships, identifying opportunities to drive business growth
* Lead and coach professional tax staff, ensuring they have the skills and support needed to excel
* Review and improve tax returns prepared by associates and seniors
* Effectively delegate responsibilities and monitor engagement team efforts
* Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations, applying this knowledge to drive business results

**What We're Looking For**

We're seeking a seasoned tax professional with a strong track record of managing complex client engagements. You will have a keen sense of ownership and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. Your excellent supervisory, team building, and time management skills will enable you to thrive in this role.

**Minimum Qualifications**

* 7+ years of experience in public accounting or corporate tax
* Bachelor's or graduate degree in accounting, finance, or related field
* CPA license

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Master's degree in Taxation or Law degree
* Partnership tax experience
