About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tower Technician to join our team at Congruex. As a Tower Technician, you will play a critical role in installing and maintaining telecommunication infrastructure equipment on broadcast towers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain cellular equipment on towers and structures
  • Rig loads and secure feedlines to industry standards
  • Mount steel, antennas, radios, and other assets properly
  • Route and secure feedlines to CWS and industry standards
  • Practice safety in all aspects of climbing and construction
  • Receive direction from managers and execute tasks remotely
  • Understand and utilize all tower calls and hand signals
  • De-rig all structures with minimal direction
  • Perform a harness inspection
  • Strive to provide a quality install
  • Be reliable and punctual
  • Practice accurate timekeeping skills
  • Show a positive attitude and work well with the team
