Assemble with Purpose

At Donaldson, we're committed to solving complex filtration challenges. As an Assembler, you'll play a vital role in our mission to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and understand blueprints and route sheets to assemble media packs
  • Perform tasks on the paper line, including cutting, gluing, and inspecting elements
  • Apply decals and washers, fold pads, and package finished elements
  • Supply sleeves and covers to the line as needed
  • Run small hand tools, such as glue guns and staplers
  • Report labor, production, and scrap information into Oracle
  • Perform return to stock and labeling tasks
  • Wear proper safety equipment and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Successful completion of probationary period
