System Planning Associate

Eversource Energy is looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join our System Planning team. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in developing strategies to ensure that our future bulk power system meets the needs of our customers.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Forecasting energy demand and identifying areas for improvement.
- Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to support business decisions.
- Collaborating with other teams to achieve business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or Data Science.
- Experience with coding languages such as MATLAB.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
In return for your expertise, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including an annual salary range of $76,980.00 to $80,000, plus incentive. Your salary will be determined based on your level of experience.
