Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide homework assistance and tutoring to students as needed
  • Plan and implement enrichment activities to promote student engagement and learning
  • Assist with parent nights and other events to foster a sense of community and collaboration
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the after school program and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry trends
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Must have or be eligible for a West Virginia Professional Teaching Certificate
  • Special Education Certification is preferred but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with school administrators, staff, and parents
  • Strong organizational and management skills

Compensation:

$25.00 per hour
