Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Caregiver/Med Tech to join our team at The Ranch Estates of Tucson. As a Resident Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional senior living experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical and psychosocial care to residents, promoting dignity, choice, and individuality.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, toileting, eating, and ambulation/mobility.
  • Work collaboratively with peers and other team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Document provision of services on company forms and maintain accurate records.
  • Operate designated medical equipment, copy, scan, fax machines, and telephone.
  • Escorts residents and coordinates internal transportation needs.
  • Assist residents with personal correspondence/telephone use when requested.
