Role Overview:

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment, providing exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues, and contributing to the success of our stores. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, accuracy in cashier duties, and maintaining the sales floor.

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary range of $16.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience and location. Essential Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion, and actively resolving potential service issues
  • Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives
  • Providing customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring departments are fully stocked and operational
  • Assisting pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy
Requirements:
  • At least 16 years of age
  • Physical requirements: remaining upright on the feet, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, visual acuity for activities such as viewing a computer terminal and reading
