About the Job

At Quality Talent Group, we are seeking a skilled Body Shop Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our collision repair team, you will be responsible for examining damaged vehicles and efficiently planning the repair process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine damaged vehicles and plan the repair process
  • Work with others to ensure timely completion of repairs
  • Perform high-quality repairs while meeting deadlines
  • Make decisions on repair vs. replacement based on safety, cost, and cycle time
  • Remove and replace vehicle components as needed
  • Participate in safety meetings and follow all safety protocols

Requirements:

  • Ability to use frame machines
  • Certification in body repair preferred
  • Knowledge of vehicle repair processes
  • I-CAR welding certification
  • Ability to analyze and interpret measuring data
