  • Inspect and evaluate roof structures to identify potential issues.
  • Perform welding, cutting, and design work on aluminum and steel structures and devices.
  • Repair and maintain hydraulic systems, air compressors, fire systems, and other critical equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on lift trucks to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Repair and maintain battery chargers and batteries, keeping them in working condition.
  • Maintain tuggers, carts, pallet jacks, sweepers, scrubbers, and fork lift attachments.
Qualifications
  • High school education or equivalent, plus two years of experience in plumbing, blueprint reading, general building maintenance, hydraulic, and electrical experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and present information effectively.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts, apply problem-solving skills, and interpret instructions.
  • Valid driver's license and limited maintenance industrial license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Four years of experience in electric or gas fork lift repair, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
