We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Bertucci's. As a Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen.
Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine to ensure it is running efficiently and effectively.
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment to the highest standards.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the dishroom and surrounding areas.
- Assist cooks and kitchen staff with prep work as needed.
- Identify and report any broken or damaged equipment or dishes.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Ability to remain standing and active for a 9-hour shift.
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures.
- Some heavy lifting (up to 75lbs) may be required.
