Inventory Coordinator

Job Summary

Ursa Major is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our team. As an Inventory Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful movement of all hardware in and out of Ursa Major facilities. This role will report directly to the Supply Chain team.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete daily Inventory transactions

• Assemble material kits

• Work closely with Manufacturing Engineers to ensure timely transactions to production

• Perform on-going cycle counts to ensure quantities in ERP are always accurate

• Maintain organization of Inventory floor

• Shop floor material control, including locating and transporting hardware among workstations within the facility

• Assist with periodic full physical inventory counts

• Cross train in Shipping & Receiving

Requirements

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal

• Valid driver's license

• High School diploma or GED required (Associate degree or higher preferred)

• Proficiency with computer software and ability to learn new programs

• Previous work experience with juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment
