2. Cargo Handling:

• Work collaboratively with a team member to load and unload tires, ensuring accurate counts and safe handling practices.

• Focus on minimizing damage risks during the transportation process.

3. Vehicle Inspection:

• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, promptly reporting any maintenance needs.

• Ensure the vehicle is maintained in peak condition for safe operations.

4. Refueling Duties:

• Manage refueling of the vehicle as necessary, keeping accurate records of fuel expenditures.

• Monitor fuel efficiency and report any discrepancies.

5. Safety Regulations:

• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols, prioritizing the safety of yourself and others on the road.

8. Financial Transactions:

• Accurately calculate amounts for customer invoices based on delivered quantities.

• Collect payments from customers in a courteous and professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a driver, particularly in logistics or transportation roles, with a preference for those experienced in operating a 26ft straight truck or larger.

• Comprehensive understanding of traffic and safety regulations.

• Capability to meet physical demands, including lifting and transporting tires.

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs repeatedly.

• A clean drug screening and driving record are mandatory.
