Position Overview:
As a Tire Sales Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Retail sales of tires, including road hazard coverage, valve installation, balancing, and disposal services.
  • Conducting vehicle inspections and informing customers of any issues, while providing appropriate solutions.
  • Following up on all services rendered to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining knowledge of available products and shop capabilities.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures regarding documentation and invoicing.
  • Staying informed about products offered by both the company and competitors.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Proven sales and/or management experience.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the tire and automotive service sector.
  • Experience with agricultural or farm tires is advantageous.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • The physical ability to lift and carry items weighing at least 50 lbs, along with the capability to perform various physical tasks such as pulling, pushing, bending, standing, and reaching.
