Landscaper Specialist

The Landscaper Specialist at Adelbrook Inc. is a vital role that requires attention to detail and physical stamina.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.

This position involves maintaining the property, grounds, and vehicles owned or leased by the company, adhering to OSHA safety regulations, agency standards, and accrediting agencies' requirements.

Duties include:

• Maintaining all agency properties, grounds, and vehicles used for such.
• Plants grass, trees, shrubs, and flowers.
• Installs and maintains water fountains, fences, gates, retaining walls, rock gardens, outdoor lighting, and other design features.

Requirements:

• Possesses specific knowledge in most of the following areas.
• Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience is required.
• Must be able to follow detailed instructions.
• Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with supervisors, co-workers, clients, and other service providers.
