Job Overview

EG&R Engineering PC, a dynamic and expanding multi-disciplinary engineering firm, is currently seeking a Project Support Coordinator. This role is vital for ensuring the effective planning, organization, and execution of various projects within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing project timelines, milestones, and schedules to meet client requirements.
  • Enhance communication and collaboration among project team members, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities.
  • Organize and lead project meetings, capturing discussions, action items, and key decisions.
  • Support resource management and allocation, ensuring appropriate skills are matched to project tasks.
  • Monitor resource availability and promptly report any constraints to the Project Manager.
  • Contribute to budget management by tracking expenses and identifying variances.
  • Oversee project progress against set timelines and milestones.
  • Help prepare regular updates for stakeholders, detailing project achievements, challenges, and future steps.
  • Identify potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and assist in implementing strategies for risk mitigation.
  • Maintain and update risk registers and assessments as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in project coordination or similar roles is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project needs.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
