Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment in both controlled and cleanroom environments.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic activities to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Set up, run, and maintain manufacturing equipment and assembly processes to produce high-quality products.
  • Monitor and document product quality, adhering to strict protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a GMP/FDA regulated industry.
  • Strong understanding of Good Documentation Practices and Maintenance Safety protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
