Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment in both controlled and cleanroom environments.
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic activities to identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Set up, run, and maintain manufacturing equipment and assembly processes to produce high-quality products.
- Monitor and document product quality, adhering to strict protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a GMP/FDA regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of Good Documentation Practices and Maintenance Safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A set, full-time schedule with minimum overtime requirements.
