  • Compile case reports and monitor case progress for both internal and external evaluations.
  • Coordinate scheduling for meetings, depositions, and court sessions.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office management.
  • Keep clients informed by maintaining communication regarding case developments.
  • Monitor case expenses by verifying outstanding balances with attorneys, clients, and providers.
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a legal or personal injury setting is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software or EMR.
  • Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving capabilities.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred (Spanish).
