Key Responsibilities- Oversee case documentation and uphold precise and comprehensive records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, insurance entities, and other pertinent stakeholders.
- Organize and monitor significant timelines, including court dates and critical deadlines.
- Gather and systematize evidence, medical documentation, and other relevant materials related to the case.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the legal team.
- Provide clients with regular updates concerning their case status.
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all documentation is appropriately filed and adheres to legal standards.
- Draft and review correspondence and reports related to cases.
- Collaborate with clients and attorneys to negotiate settlements and guarantee equitable compensation.
- Prepare and assess settlement proposals and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines in all activities.
- Compile case reports and monitor case progress for both internal and external evaluations.
- Coordinate scheduling for meetings, depositions, and court sessions.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office management.
- Keep clients informed by maintaining communication regarding case developments.
- Monitor case expenses by verifying outstanding balances with attorneys, clients, and providers.
- Prior experience in a legal or personal injury setting is highly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software or EMR.
- Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred (Spanish).
