The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals. They will also possess strong technical skills, with knowledge of PET/CT imaging procedures and protocols.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to ensure that patients receive high-quality care and accurate diagnoses. You will also be responsible for maintaining patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate PET/CT scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' bodies for diagnostic purposes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain patient records, including imaging results and clinical information.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA guidelines and Nuclear Regulatory Commission regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in diagnostic radiology.

Requirements:

* NMTCB or ARRT registered technologist in Nuclear Medicine, current and in good standing
* Graduate of the American Medical Association (AMA) approved school of radiography
* Licensed Radiological Technologist or CT Technologist
* Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
* Certification in imaging specialty

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bilingual
* ARRT certification in CT
* NMTCB PET Specialty certification
