Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team as a Virtual School Speech-Language Pathologist. As a VocoVision SLP, you will deliver speech therapy services to students in a school district, using our innovative teletherapy platform. This position offers the flexibility of part-time and full-time hours, allowing you to tailor your schedule to your needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students.
  • Provide one-on-one or group therapy sessions using VocoVision's telepractice technology.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input to support student goals.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state licensure in Michigan and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).
  • Minimum of two years of school-based experience preferred.
  • Experience with teletherapy or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Proficiency with technology and virtual communication tools.
