Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Inspire the Housekeeping Team

    • Assign tasks to staff and conduct regular inspections to ensure accuracy, neatness, and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Communicate Effectively with Guests and Employees
    • Communicate effectively with guests and employees, both verbally and in writing, to address inquiries and provide clear guidance.
  • Inspect and Prepare Units for Guest Occupancy
    • Thoroughly inspect and prepare units to guarantee they are spotless and ready for guest occupancy.
  • Assist in Training and Development
    • Assist in the training and professional development of both new and existing staff members.
  • Report Engineering Issues and Respond to Guest Requests
    • Report engineering issues promptly in accordance with established company procedures.
    • Respond swiftly to guest requests and follow-ups, delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
    • Over 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within Housekeeping.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work in outdoor weather conditions.
    • Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
    • Must have basic to intermediate computer skills such as data entry, email management, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
