Barista Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Barista Specialist to join our team at Redhawk. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and Serve Beverages: Expertly craft a variety of hot and cold drinks, including coffee, tea, and specialty beverages, to meet the diverse tastes of our customers.
• Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, responding to their needs and preferences, and making recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Inventory Management: Effectively manage inventory, ordering and receiving stock supplies as needed, to ensure a seamless operation.
• Payment Processing: Process customer payments efficiently and accurately, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
